Every single piece is made to order.
Accordingly, we are not able to accept any request for refund.

Please note that earrings are excluded too from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at PUP UP JEWELLERY.
Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.

RESIZING:

We do offer free resizing for the first time in case you have chosen the wrong size.
So you can return the item to this address:

In case you did choose the wrong size again, there will be a charge of minimum £25 for resizing.

REPAIRS OR RECONDITIONING:

Some of our most common repair services include replacement of broken chains and replacing a lost single earring.
We can clean, polish and check any jewellery for damage such as accidentally knocked gemstones and loose settings.
